How do the packages work?

Once you choose the package that is right for you, we will send you an email with instructions to send us everything that we need to be able to create the podcast deliverables.

For each episode that you want us to edit:
1. You submit the audio and/or the video files.
2. Our podcast team will work on your episode and have everything ready to go in 3-5 business days.
3. You let us know if you need any revisions, and then send over the next episode. 

Can I Talk to the Podcast Team?

You will have access to your account manager and you can also send messages to the team inside of our project management platform.

What if I need revisions or changes?

Once you receive your audio/video and other assets, you can request any revisions or changes that you need.  Once you have approved the episode and marked it complete, further revisions will incur an additional charge.

What is the refund/cancelation policy? 

There are no refunds. You can cancel your subscription with a 30 day notice. Please note that while we will send you reminders, it is your responsibility to get your 4 episodes submitted each month. Unused episodes do not transfer to the next month and are not refundable.
